FAQs

  • Does it matter what type of mattress I sleep on?

    • Our measuring system does take into consideration the amount your body sinks into your mattress. But if you have a very soft mattress or a medium/soft memory foam mattress then we do advise that you buy a pillow that is one size smaller than you have been measured for. So, if you are measured as a SIZE 2 you should order a SIZE 1. If you are unsure please contact us before ordering. NOTE: if you are measured as a SIZE 1 this is the size that you should order.

  • What happens if I get different readings from left to right?

    • In the first instance please remeasure. The most common reason for getting different readings is that your head may have been tilted when the measuring was done or that your shoulder was not touching the wall. If you are still getting two separate reading then we always suggest that you order the smaller of the two sizes.

  • How long will it take to get used to my new pillow?

    • Most people take a few days to get used to their pillow. When the pillow is new it may seem that it is bigger than you need. This is often because the pillow you were using may have been too low and also your new pillow will take 2-4 nights of use to settle to your measured size.

  • How long will the pillow last?

    • We recommend that you change your pillow at least every 2 years for hygiene reasons. The time the pillow actually lasts depends on use. Some customers have been using their pillow for several years before feeling the need to change it.

  • Are the pillows suitable for me if I sleep on my front?

    • No, we do not recommend that you sleep on your front. The pillows are for side and back sleepers. The same size pillow is recommended if you sleep on your side or on your back.

  • Will the pillow fit in a standard pillow case?

    • Yes. Size 5 may be a tight fit but all of the pillows fit a standard pillow case.
